Area Managers

Area Managers are responsible for reviewing cleaning checklists, implementing customer requests, training staff members, product/equipment requisitions, and customer servicing. The SDQ Area Managers assigned to your facility conduct weekly or bi-weekly inspections of your facility.

Supervisors

Our highly-trained SDQ Supervisors are on-site to manage both the day and evening cleaning operations. Possessing solid floor care and extensive cleaning experience, Supervisors assist with all cleaning regimens and inspect nightly work. In addition, these experts receive cross-training in all management initiatives.

Day Porters

These key employees are responsible for common area cleaning, light touch-up cleaning, supply distribution and restroom stocking. These high profile individuals represent SDQ during the day and, like all cleaners, are congenial, clean cut and proactive about serving your cleaning needs. Customer Service

SDQ Customer Service Representatives provide you with personalized service, interacting directly with you to monitor the performance of SDQ team members. From customizing cleaning routines to conducting weekly Action Meetings with team members, our Customer Service Representatives take a hands-on role supervising and managing all aspects of employee performance—rewarding outstanding achievements, implementing new ideas and suggestions and recognizing opportunities for improvement. Their dedication, honesty and integrity are all key reasons customers select SDQ as their service provider.

Expert Cleaners

Quality starts with the cleaner. An essential part of the SDQ team, our Expert Cleaners are responsible for maintaining quality and taking ownership of the end product.
